Almond Pancakes With Ice Cream And Toffee Sauce

Mmmm nice and unhealthy, just how I like it!

What You’ll Need:
150g Self-raising flour
2tbsp Caster sugar
1 Free-range egg
150ml (1/4pint) Milk
55g Flaked almonds
Oil, for frying.
55g Butter
55g Soft brown sugar
150ml Double cream
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
30g/1oz Plain chocolate, chopped
2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1 Banana, sliced.

What You Have To Do:

Lets start with pancakes:
1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, egg and milk (until smooth)
2. Stir in the flaked almonds
3. Head some oil in a frying pan
4. Add some batter to the pan
5. ‘Swirl’ it to cover the base
6. Fry until golden-brown (on both sides!)
7. Remove from the pan onto a plate
8. Make pancakes with the rest of the batter

For the Toffee Sauce:
1. Heat butter and sugar together in a pan until melted
2. Stir in the cream until smooth
3. Add vanilla extract and chocolate and melt together

Finishing it off:
1. Place pancake onto the plate, top it off with a scoop of ice cream, and half a banana.
2. Put another pancake ontop, with another scoop of icecream, and the rest of the banana.
3. Top with the third pancake (Yummy!)
4. Drizzle over the toffee sauce
5. Serve it whilst it’s hot!

Oreo Chocolate Pudding

I’ve never even heard of one of these before..

What You’ll Need:
1 package (4-serving size) of chocolate pudding
8 Oreo Cookies

What You Have To Do:
1. Prepare the chocolate pudding
2. Crumble 1 cookie into the bottom of 4 dessert dishes
3. Cover them evenly with pudding
4. Sprinkle each with 1 of the remaining cookies (crumbled)

Oreo Split

Ooo, This looks tasty, doesn’t it?!

What You’ll Need:
2 Chocolate Pudding snack pots
1 Banana, Cut lengthwise, then crosswise in half
1/4 Cup thawed whipped topping
2 Oreo Cookies, crumbled

What You Have To Do:
1. Spoon the pudding into 2 small bowls
2. Insert the bananas into the pudding
3. Top with whipped cream
4. sprinkle with cookie crumbs

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everybody loves cookies… But in under 10 minutes?!

What you’ll need:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts

What You Have To Do:
1. Grease the bottom of a square baking dish (8x8x2 inches)
2. Mix brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla
3. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder, and salt
4. Spread evenly in baking dish
5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts
6. Microwave (uncovered) on high for 6-7 minutes (until no longer doughy)
7. leave to cool
8. Cut into 2 inch squares!

S'mores

S’mores, The famous american junk!
Everybody wants to try them, so why not?!

What You’ll Need:
1 Graham cracker broken in half
8 miniature marshmallows
1 miniature hersheys chocolate bar (or other brand)
(If you want the original taste, but can’t get a hersheys chocolate bar,
then contact me by leaving a comment)

What You Need To Do:
1. Place graham cracker halves on a small plate (microwave-safe)
2. arrange marshmallows evenly on one side of the halves
3. in the middle of the other cracker half, place the chocolate
4. Microwave on high for about 45 seconds (or until marshmallow are puffy)
5. press two halves together to make a sandwich

Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Balls

Just a little something…

What you’ll need:
8 Scoops of vanilla ice-cream
200g bar of plain dark chocolate

What you’ll have to do:
1. Scoop out the ice-cream ontoa foil-lined tray
2. Put them back in the freezer for a moment
3. Break the bar of chocolate into pieces (into a bowl)
4. Melt it (Either in the microwave or over a pot of boiling water)
5. Leave it to cool a little, without letting it set
6. Dip the ice-cream balls into the chocolate
7. Gently turn them, using a teaspoon
8. Put them back on the tray and put them in the freezer
9. wait till set – And pig out!

Chocolate Pudding

Ok so this IS a lot like the chocolate brownies..but slightly different!

What you’ll need:
4oz of self-raising flour
4oz of sugar
4oz of margarine
2 Eggs
2 Heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder

What you’ll have to do:
1. Mix it all together
2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes!

Notes:
* Try adding chocolate chips!
* Serve with cream or custard (maybe both?)

Chocolate Covered Flapjack

Mmmm, flapjacks!
in under 10 minutes you say?!
Wow! who’d have thought it possible?

What you’ll need:
4oz (1oog) Butter
1oz (25g) caster sugar
4 tablespoons golden syrup
7oz (200g) oats
5oz (150g) chocolate (or other things that go in flapjack)

What you’ll have to do:
1. Melt the butter and the sugar together in the microwave (stir it every now and then for 15 second) for a couple of minutes.
2. Stir in the Golden Syrup
3. Stir in the oats
4. Microwave the mixture on high for about 3 minutes. (will grow a lot)
5. If you have any fruit or raisins etc. to add in, do it now!
6. Lightly grease a baking dish
7. Melt the chocolate (if in microwave, put it in 15-20 seconds at a time and then stir it – and repeat)
8. Spoon the flapjack mixture into the baking dish and flatten it down
9. Pour/Drizzle the chocolate on top of the mixture
10. Let it cool, and then refrigerate.
11. Once set, Ready to eat!

Notes:
*The squirty botles of golden syrup are easier than tins.
*Chocolate is better than fruit..
*Cut it into “squares” or “rectangles”
*You should get about 7 – 10 pieces.

Microwave Chocolate Brownies/Sponge Cake

Mmmm, Yummy brownies or chocolate sponge cake in only 3 minutes!

I have these way too much..

You’ll Need:

4 tablespoons of flour (Plain for Brownies; Self-raising for sponge cake)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
1 mug
What You’ll Have To Do:
1. Mix together the flour, the sugar, and the cocoa!
2. Spoon in one egg
3. Pour in the milk and the oil, then mix well!
4. Put in the microwave for around 3 minutes on high (1000Watt)
5. Wait for it to stop rising and PIG OUT!
Notes:
*Sponge cake and brownies are exactly the same except for the type of flour.
*If using a larger mug remember to increase ingredients (And cook longer).
*Don’t eat too fast; You’ll be sick!
*Try it with custard! Yummy!
